In de webversie hebben de verlofaanvragen een nieuwe look!
- Je hoeft niet meer eerst een verzoek aan te maken en het daarna opnieuw te openen om het goed te keuren. Dit kan nu in één keer.
- Aan de linkerkant kun je alles rondom de verlofaanvraag bewerken.
- Aan de rechterkant zie je nuttige informatie die je helpt om de aanvraag goed te verwerken.
- Het systeem geeft bij een urencontract, net als voorheen, een suggestie voor het aantal verlofuren. Neem dit niet zomaar over en overleg waar nodig met het teamlid.
- Als er al shifts gepland staan in de periode van de aanvraag, kun je deze bij het goedkeuren van het verzoek omzetten naar open shifts.

Leave requests in the web version have a new look!
- You no longer need to create a request first and then open it again to approve it. You can now do this all at once.
- On the left, you can edit everything related to the leave request.
- On the right, you’ll find useful information to help you process the request correctly.
- For fixed-hours contracts, the system will, as before, suggest the number of leave hours. Don’t simply accept this suggestion; check the number of hours and discuss it with the team member where necessary.
- If shifts are already scheduled during the requested leave period, you can convert them to open shifts when approving the request.
